In-Home Consultation

Our goal is to make each meal the very best you have ever tasted! In order to accomplish this we must know about your preferences and your dietary needs. We have the ability to prepare gourmet meals to your specifications as well as preparing favorite recipes you may have. When you hire Ready, Set, Eat!, the chef will:

• Come to your home, conduct an interview, and have you complete a detailed food questionnaire.
   
• Use the results of the interview and the questionnaire to develop your personalized menu, listing entrees and some side dishes, serving sizes, and storage preferences for the entrées chosen. Additional nutritional breakdown information can also be requested at this time, if the client desires.
   
• Present the menu to you by email, fax or mail for your approval one week prior to your scheduled cooking day.

Meal Preparation in Your Home

Once you have approved your menu, we will schedule a day to cook in your home. Full payment is required upon approval of your menu. We arrive with all of the equipment we need to prepare your meals, including pots, pans, utensils, and any other items necessary for that service.

We cook the entire menu in your home in one day, packaging and refrigerating or freezing each item according to the highest quality standards. We then leave thawing and reheating instructions, as well as complete nutritional information, for you when you return home. We leave your kitchen clean and home smelling of the wonderful menu prepared that day.

You simply reheat the meals according to the reheating instructions and enjoy the free time, the clean kitchen and fabulous food!
