Easy Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ c. mayonnaise

  • ¼ tsp. dried dill

  • 1 tbsp. dill relish (or diced dill pickle, or pickle of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper (or garlic salt and pepper, if desired)

Directions

Combine all ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste. I prefer it to be on a lemony side to help cut the fat from the fried seafood.
